Metal Church Structures
Over the years, we have seen several churches that have spent thousands of dollars on plans and bids that do not meet their needs. Hopes of expansions and new facilities gone, due to over design and over-budget. We are proud of the fact that the professionals we have worked with have successfully brought projects within budget. We will work with your building committee or selected architect and contractor, offering guidance in cost and design of your structure to meet your building needs.
Structure Cost:

Over the years we have seen churches spend thousands of dollars on plans and bids that do not meet their needs. Many times a church will select a designer or a contractor and give him their budget.  During the design phase, changes are made and approved, but there is no consideration of additional costs and that original budget.   After everyone’s input, firm costs are solicited only to learn that the beginning budget has been exceeded. Hopes of expansions or a new building are gone due to over design and over extending a budget. We are proud of the fact that the professionals we have worked with have successfully brought projects within budget.  In the beginning we work with the designer to hold down costs on the structure by value engineering, looking at several scenarios to minimize costs.  Metal Church Structures is not a design firm or a general construction firm, but we offer our services in preliminary design and cost estimates and direct sales of the steel structures. We will work with your building committee, selected architect, and contractor; offering guidance in cost and design of your structure to meet your building needs.

Below are prices for structures that are current with steel mill pricing. The prices were based on structures designed for the southern United States area.  The buildings priced have color roof (unless noted), color walls, and trim. Openings for glass doors and windows NOT included. Price is for structure fob our plant (freight cost depends on distance form one of our plants to church site).
